Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Frenzy. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the return and refund of Frenzy products purchased through our e- commerce shop within the App. Please note that products purchased from Suppliers follow the Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Cancellation policy provided by the supplier. This information is available in the product listing page in the App.

1. Return Eligibility

- General Conditions: Products may be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

* The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and labels.
* The return request is initiated within 72 hours of the delivery date.
* The product is not part of any non-returnable categories (e.g., certain electronics, personal care items, or customized products).

- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

* Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase on the App product listing page.
* Items part of non-returnable categories (certain electronics, personal care items, customised products)

2. Return Process

- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@playfrenzy.in or within the App help section through the chat feature within the eligibility period. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for
the return.

- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, our customer support team will review it and may issue a Return Authorization RA number, which you must include in your return shipment.

- Return Shipment: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 10,000 INR, as we cannot
guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refund Process

- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for eligible returns once we receive and inspect the returned item. The following conditions apply:

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
* Processing times may vary, but refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after the return has been approved.

- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in a used or damaged condition, or if components of the original item are missing.

4. Exchanges

- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

5. Customer Responsibilities

- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your return and for ensuring that the returned product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Failure to comply may result in a denial of the return request.
