Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Frenzy for your shopping experience! This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our Shop within the App.

1. Order Processing

- Order Confirmation: Upon completing a purchase through our App, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or in-app notification. This confirmation will include your order details, including the Products purchased, order number, and estimated delivery time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days after confirmation of payment. Please note that dispatching times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders processed by our Suppliers are handled by the Supplier, with their own Shipping, Delivery, Return and Cancellation policies. Please check the App if you are facing issues with orders processed by a Supplier and find the details to reach out to the Supplier. Frenzy also will be available during the support hours to facilitate and manage any Order issues with our Suppliers.

2. Shipping Options

- Available Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to ensure that your Products arrive in a timely manner. Shipping is calculated on checkout and is dependant on the Suppliers providing the Products in that Order. Our system calculates the shipping option based on the your inputted delivery address.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery location. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Locations

- Serviceable Areas: We currently deliver to most addresses in India. If your delivery address is outside our serviceable areas, we regret to inform you that we may not be able to process your order.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive the order tracking number via email or in-app notification once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our designated courier partner’s website. For orders placed with our Suppliers, the tracking information will be sent directly from the Supplier. Please check the App if you are facing issues with orders placed from a Supplier and find the details to reach out to the Supplier. Frenzy also will be available during the support hours to facilitate and manage any Order issues with our Suppliers.

5. Delivery Issues

- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and obtaining a replacement or refund. Please note, not all Products are eligible for returns, replacements or refunds. Products sold by Frenzy are eligible for returns and refunds following the above. For Suppliers, this information is available on the product listing page in the App.
- Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.

6. Refusal of Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or if the order is in violation of our terms and conditions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number. Any inaccuracies may lead to delays or failed deliveries.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our shipping and delivery practices.
